Are You the One?

Sometimes, it’s the little things that matter. The smallest person in the room stands out among the crowd. Oftentimes, these people don’t recognize just how big the role is that they play. As you read today, take into consideration how some people in these scriptures are not named. We don’t know who they were, out of all the names mentioned in the Bible.

But God sent people to search for them because of the role they could’ve played. He did this more than once (read Genesis for a refresher on Sodom and Gomorrah). There’s so much I could say about this topic, concerning the people who were sent to search for them as well, but that’s not God’s request of me today. I’m giving you what he gave me and it surely blesses my soul to do so.

Make yourself available today. Set aside time to read these passages of scripture and ask the Lord for discernment on what it is he has for you to do in the coming days, weeks, months, and years. Are you the one that will be walking out what he sends others to search for? Are you the one who’ll be sent to find them? What a blessing it is to know that God has a plan in store and all you have to do is wake up each and every day, ready to serve.
